Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Ladki Se Baat App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Ladki Se Baat application ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ladki Se Baat ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility – 18+ Only

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This App is exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register, access, or use this App
  • If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all data deleted
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing this App

3. Nature of the Service

Ladki Se Baat is an entertainment application offering:

  • Simulated text-based chat conversations with virtual AI characters
  • Simulated video call experiences with pre-recorded or AI-generated character interactions
  • A virtual coin economy for unlocking premium features
  • Lucky Spin for winning virtual coins
  • VIP subscription plans
⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All characters, personalities, and interactions within this App are entirely virtual and simulated. There are NO real human beings involved in any chat or video call interactions. The App is strictly for entertainment and companionship simulation purposes only.

4. User Accounts

To access most features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
  • Not share or transfer your account to any other person

One person may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the App
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity, including manipulating the coin system
  • Distribute, share, or reproduce any App content without written permission
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

6. Virtual Coins & In-App Purchases

The App uses a virtual currency called "Coins" to access premium features.

Purchasing Coins:

  • Coins are purchased through Google Play Billing using real money
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Prices are displayed in INR or your local currency as determined by Google Play

Using Coins:

  • Coins are used to initiate simulated video calls and unlock premium content
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Coins are non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for policy violations

Lucky Spin:

  • The Lucky Spin is a virtual entertainment feature offering virtual Coins
  • Spin rewards are randomly generated and have no real monetary value

7. VIP Subscription

The App offers a VIP subscription providing premium benefits including:

  • Ad-free App experience
  • Discounted Coin costs for video calls
  • Access to exclusive premium virtual characters
  • Unlimited chat messaging

VIP Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
  • To cancel: Go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Ladki Se Baat
  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods
  • We reserve the right to modify VIP benefits with prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including virtual character images, App design, software code, AI models, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Ladki Se Baat and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Simulation Disclaimer: All video calls and chat interactions are simulated entertainment experiences. We make no representations that they constitute real human interaction.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ladki Se Baat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms or Privacy Policy
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Discovery that a user is under 18
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)

You may delete your account at any time by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us at support@ladkisebaatkaro.com.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@ladkisebaatkaro.com to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and the updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance.
